I just wanted to thank you for the NTFS Recovery program that I purchased over the weekend. It worked just fine.

I was upgrading Vista Service Pack 1, but decided to wipe my hard drive and start from scratch. To put windows Vista back on, I had to put XP back on first and upgrade. I keep Windows on C:, but have two other hard drives, D:, and E: in the computer. I should have known better, I would usually disconnect D: and E: and work with C: only. For some reason, I did not disconnect. When I had XP reinstalled, D: and E: were not accessable. Their data type was marked as RAW, and my only options were to reformat -- but I know I had not done anything to them.

While I had most of my data backed-up elsewhere on DVD, it would have been a hassle to loacte all of the disks.

Your program worked fine! The recoved files were in their correct folders. Even files that I had deleted long ago were recovered. There was one folder that contained other folders, and I remember moving the files around from folder to folder, these files came back with incorrect names, but I would say 95-99% of the files were recovered perfectly.
